Schedule a Courier Pickup

For pickups outside your normal courier time (including STAT), please call (970) 212-0530. For changes for routine pickups, please contact Tonya Dorman at (970) 212-0523.

Order Supplies

Open and print the Summit Pathology Supply Order Form. Complete the form and either fax to (970) 212-0553 (STAT requests) or place with your next courier run (ROUTINE requests). We will deliver your supplies to your office by courier.
